Jean-Jérôme Khodara is the founding and managing partner of Krossing. He brings more than 25 years of experience in emerging markets, particularly in Africa where he has been based for 12 years (Cairo (Egypt), Algiers (Algeria)). Jean-Jérôme advises strategic clients and investment funds on their entry or further expansion into African markets, with a specific expertise in complex cross-border M&A transactions. His know-how includes the setting-up of joint-ventures as well as managing all phases of M&A transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiating and drafting transaction documents.
