Before establishing Krossing, he was part of the Africa Practice Group at Gide in Paris, served as Senior M&A Counsel for Africa & the Middle East at LafargeHolcim in Cairo, Algiers, and Paris, and was a partner at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy in Algiers and Cairo. His dual experience as a lawyer and in-house counsel provides him with a deep understanding of in-house legal teams’ expectations, enabling him to deliver advice that meets clients’ quality, deadline, and budget objectives. Jean-Jérôme is a member of the Paris Bar and has studied in France, the UK, and the USA.
